I have a wide variety of interests, reflected in my wildly diverse resume. Below are some of the arts-related projects that I have been involved with over the past few years...
Art Education
- Contracted as Outreach Coordinator by the City of Albuquerque’s Public Art Program, providing education, advocacy and promotion for the City’s Public Art Program (2008–2011)
- Worked with teens as printmaking “Artist-in-Residence” at Albuquerque’s La Cueva High School (2003, 2009)
- Participated as a mentoring artist in New Mexico AIDS Services
Somos Las Familias Project, teaching print- and book-making workshops with HIV-affected children (2004 & 2006)
- Developed and implemented two art-making workshops at Salazar Elementary in Santa Fe, New Mexico (1999)
Editing
Managing Editor for two poetry anthologies, published through Harwood Art Center:

Curating/Exhibition Coordination
- Co-Curator, Inpost Artspace at Outpost Performance Space, July 2006–July 2008.
- Exhibition Coordinator,
Locus , an exhibit of artists living and working in downtown Albuquerque (Harwood Art Center, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 2006)
- Exhibition Coordinator,
LUSH , a group of artist/friends who got together and had a show (New Mexico State Fairgrounds, Fine Arts Bldg, Albuquerque, 2003)
- While working as an administrative assistant at Harwood Art Center (2003–06), I coordinated the quarterly Word Stream Poetry reading series, as well as collaborative art/word exhibits for National Poetry Month each April.
In addition to collaborating on many exhibits over the years, I have also planned and exhibited three solo exhibitions:
